I’m Ariane (She/Her). Here are a few things you might want to know about me:

• I bring 10+ years in the social impact sector to my work, spanning nearly every area & function of the field (programs, strategy, operations, grants management & more).

• I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a first-generation, multilingual German-American.

• As a white, cis-gendered person, I aim to intentionally partner with organizations by contributing my expertise and support to the wealth of historical knowledge, lived experience, and best practices already existing within your team and community.

• I am a nonprofit consultant based in Sacramento, California. While I do much of my work remotely, I love the opportunity to meet in person when it aligns with project needs.

• When I’m not collaborating with awesome orgs doing awesome stuff, I’m traveling, enjoying nature, or eating good food with my partner and our two “foster fail” pups. I am also a trauma-informed yoga teacher and certified as an integrative trauma coach.
