Why we focus on how.

Black and white coastal landscape with ocean waves, rocky shoreline, dense vegetation, and wildflowers.

Most of my 10+ years in the non-profit sector has been accompanied by one recurring thought - “there’s got to be a better way.”

The problem is - most teams are stretched thin, meeting deadlines, and doing their best to keep things moving. Outdated forms, clunky processes, and unclear expectations stick around - not because we want them to, but because there are more pressing things on our list.

I started ImpactHaus Consulting, consulting service for nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations, because thinking about the how is one of the things I love doing most - and something I’ve found to be absolutely crucial for long-term sustainability, equity, and impact.

If this resonates, I’d love to chat and hear more about your experience and/if how I might be able to support!

Good work gets even better when it’s built with clarity and intention.
